Learn about Matilde Prosecco.

Matilde is an organic Prosecco Superiore DOCG grown in the hills of Vittorio Veneto. The name marks a return: three brothers, Giacomo, Leopoldo, and Francesco, came back to their family's farmland in 2016 after years abroad, choosing to carry the tradition forward rather than let it end.

The vision behind Matilde is precision over volume. The estate farms organically, managing the vineyard by hand through every stage of the season, and bottles a single style done well rather than a wide range done adequately.

Learn about Tuscany's Gli Archi.

The name Gli Archi comes from the arched stonework on the family's estate in Fauglia, in the hills near Pisa. The winery has stayed in the same hands for generations, working six hectares of vineyards and five hectares of olive groves on land the family knows by feel.

The vision behind Gli Archi is organic farming without shortcuts. Vines on the estate range from young plantings to fifty years old, and part of the land is still tilled by Comtois horses instead of machinery, a choice made to keep the soil undisturbed and the wine true to where it's grown.
